Your account is activated immediately once you start a free trial. You can start making calls, sending text messages and using other features of JustCall within a few minutes of signing up.
Absolutely! You can effortlessly transfer your current phone numbers to JustCall without any service interruption. Our dedicated team will handle the entire process for you, ensuring it’s quick, easy, and completely hassle-free. For more details on porting your existing phone numbers, please click here.
We give you your first phone number (standard local or mobile number) for free in all our plans. You also get one free standard local or mobile phone number / seat in our Team, Pro and Business plans. Any extra local or international numbers can be procured from the JustCall platform.

JustCall offers free unlimited incoming calls subject to Fair Usage Policy. All of JustCall’s pricing plans come with predefined packages for outbound calling and SMS in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Please contact us for further queries.
You can avail monthly or annual billing for your JustCall subscription (you get up to 35% off with our annual billing plans). We accept all major credit cards.

Based on the geography you are based in, some users may be required to add their credit card to start a JustCall trial. If you have provided your credit card details while starting your trial, then you would be automatically subscribed to the ‘Team’ plan at the end of your 14-day trial.

If you have not provided your credit card details while starting your trial, then your access to JustCall platform would be restricted at the end of trial and you can subscribe to one of the plans to continue using JustCall.

You can subscribe to one of our plans for 30 days once your trial ends. After this, your account would be deleted and if you want to return to JustCall, you can sign up afresh.

We have deployed state-of-the-art controls such as data encryption at rest and in motion, network security measures, regular security updates to address any vulnerabilities and policies such as data backup and recovery, incident response plans, vendor security evaluations, and employee training on security and data protection laws.

With JustCall IQ, transcription minutes are assigned per agent account or seat that your organization purchases. These minutes are combined for your entire organization.

For example, if you’re on the Pro Plus Plan, each agent in your organization gets 2000 IQ Minutes per month. If you have 10 seats, your organization has a total of 10,000 minutes to use. Each agent can use more or less than their quota, but as long as the overall quota isn’t used up, there won’t be any additional charges. Once the quota is used up, any extra minutes will be charged at $0.025 per minute on a per-month, as-used basis.

The Business Plus plan offers features like Analytics and AI Call Score, which are valuable for teams with 10 or more agents. These tools make it easier to track and quality-assure all agents’ calls effectively.

Additionally, features like Real-Time Assist, playlists, and snippets simplify agent onboarding and provide support during calls, benefiting both new and experienced agents.
